Happiest New Year to you! I hope your year has begun with kindness, excitement and happiness! This is always a very busy time of the year for physical development and healthy goals and I just want to send my 2 cents... Take on small changes to improve your health through nutrition...1 small change per week. Example ~ add an extra piece of fruit or handful of raw veggies to each meal. You can try a new challenge each week to adopt new healthy habbits that are sustainable. Simple success! Focus inward and try to be honest about your habits that may leave you dissapointed. Move your body, wherever you are today in your physical fitness be real about it and get moving...add a little intensity each day. Move, no excuses... #LivingFit
