Happy 2015. This is the year we will start our drive to claim the center for all Kiwis and push for a balance that works for all. Having just read this article (and I am not one for conspiracy theism) I am appalled at our governments ongoing stealth attacks on freedom. The right to grow your own food, and the right to barter your goods as you see fit, are basic principles of civilization and society across the globe. Sure, in the commercial world, for SAFETY reasons, there needs to be regulation etc. But this new bill appears to affect traditional community resource sharing such as Marae, food banks, potentially community garden projects, all of it. All in the name of John Keys big business mates in the states.
