Happy 2015 to all my friends and family. May this be your best year yet finding the joy, happiness and love that you deserve. This year my New Year resolution is to be more optimistic and here is why... There are problems with everything and nothing is perfect but its the way we look at things that make us happy, sad or even angry. Our world is a better place than we often claim it to be. We are living in a all time high for health and wellness. More people are living longer, cures have been discovered saving the lives of millions. Im going to be focusing on this rather than all the bad. We live the way we do because people chose to tackle their problems head on. When thinking if youre going to be opimist this year remember this, no one changes the world on their own. It all starts with a resolution; whats yours?
