Happy 34th Anniversary to the LOVE of my life, Terry Clopton. Thank you, God for blessing me beyond measure by bringing our two lives together back in the fall of 1977 when I was asked to sing at 1st Methodist Church of Eatonton! Our first date was March 14, 1978, proposal was December 24th, 1979, and you placed a ring on my finger March 13th, 1980 the night before I boarded a bus with the GA College Choir for a week long choir tour. After moving up the date up three times, (& had my mom in tears wondering how we would throw the wedding together in three months, we married on July 26th, 1980. No nerves walking down the aisle at age twenty, just shear joy that God had brought me the one I wanted to share the rest of my life with! Love you, Terry!❤️
