Happy Birthday Bracken, Mom and I are writing this together. Im not sure if you will see this but I will message you in private too, to wish you a Happy Birthday. I know your not much for FB but it is your birthday and its the one day most everyone looks to see who their friends are that wish you a HBday. We both want you to know that we are grateful for you in our lives and to thank you for the many things you do for us. We are really excited for the news of a new baby. Youre a good dad and you have a beautiful family. We Love Tina and are thrilled you found her to spend the rest of your life with. Shes a keeper for sure.. Riley is a split image of you more a more every day, He will be a good Big brother. We dont want to embarrass you so we wont say a lot because I know how private you are BUT this year Mom and I have made a point to share a little something about all of our children on their birthdays and you will understand one day when yours are all grown and on their own. Bracken you were our Happy Child, always had a smile on your face even when mom and I might not have been happy with a choice you made you still smiled through watery eyes. Even when I look back at these photos all but one, you have that smile. Thanks for that ! You made it fun while you were growing up.. You loved sports and had a brother for a Buddy that was always practicing with you. We loved watching that more than anything. We so wanted you to have a close relationship with him. One of the things you loved was Jumping off things. It started at 14 months when you jumped out of your crib and broke your leg. We called you thumper because you thumped coming around the corners on the wood floors. Later you started jumping off roofs and from the balcony in the house on to the couch. I remember once at Lake Powell when you started to jump off the house boat. But then it lead to much taller heights like the 60 ft cliff you, Chase and your friends Jumped off. We knew how tall it was because you would use the Ski rope to measure the height. You could make friends anywhere. You judged no one and always saw the good in everyone. Your greatest challenge came at 12 when losing your younger brother. No one could ever image what you or the rest of the family went through but you loved your younger brother and were always so good to him. You were to him what Chase was to you and He loved you. We love how you named your first son after your brothers Riley Chase ! Moving south to Santa Clara when you were 14 Im sure was difficult and you never complained. Good News... If we hadnt moved there you would have never met your amazing and beautiful wife Tina. I promised I wouldnt go on to long but there are some things that are worth sharing. Over the years you have made some good friends and I tried to capture them in a few of the pictures We have shared with you today. ( I made you a slide show but FB wouldnt let me post it because I used an iTunes song ;( I hope you know that you are loved by your parents. Happy Birthday Son, hope the coming year is nothing but the best for you and your little family.
