Happy Birthday to me..thats how I feel. so blessed. I started my day at 6 am had to get Bobby to the hospital for a cath and stint He did good. He will get to come home tomorrow. My husband Rosen Pratt took me and bought me a pair of shoes I wanted that match the dress he just recently bought me. Then off to Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for lunch. My fav restaurant next to Olive Garden Italian Restaurant for lunch. Then I ran home to make Mama something to eat and found the most precious gift that touched my heart beyond words. My dear friend, Lori Orear brought me a bag of birthday presents. Lori had watched me post on internet over my grievance of losing Shilrley Temple who I adored as a child. Well I still love her. Spent a night a couple of weeks ago with my Granddaughter Kirsten and we watched Heidi and Sunny Brook Farm. I want to see little princess which was probably my favorite. Heidi to this day still makes me cry...Grand Father, Grand Father sniff...Anyway, Lori gave me her precious daughter, Leslies Shirley Temple Collector Doll. I wanted a Shirley Temple doll in the 50s but Mama said they were too expensive. For me to receive this most precious gift, well I honestly tried to call Lori but could not even talk. Its like priceless. To those of you who remember Leslie remember a beautiful little girl whose picture still remains on my fridge. She used to color me pictures. She was adorable. Sweetest personality. I will treasure her till I die and will make sure who I decide to give her to will love her as I will. She made me gorgeous handmade jewelry. What is always amazing to me is that she knows me so well, it is like she knows exactly .....what to get for me. I have a collection of Angels which I now have a happy birthday angel. My Grandson Harley has been working on my yard planting flowers and rose bushes and is making me a box to put these flowers in that are supposed to draw hummingbirds and butterflies. She bought me a beautiful glass hummingbird feeder which I am going to hang over the flowers. And we all know Tressa likes slots. She bought me slot machine piggy bank which Rosen said we are going to put on the table to earn money...NOT...I have been working on a family reunion and I have located all of my family. I even surprised myself. Some are coming from Tennessee that no one has seen for years I mean years 30 years or more...I am good......There will be a lot of really surprised faces. I have gotten sweet notes and cards in the mail. Lots of messages on my phone while siting at the hospital. Had a lovely lunch yesterday...and to finish it all off....Jeff bought me a pair of Ellen DeGeneres hot pink girl boy shorts and made me a strawberry cheese cake. Man this has been such a good 2 days. I am so thankful that I am surrounded by people who love me. I have always said I have a lot of people in my life and today they blessed my heart. I stay home a lot and sometimes feel sorry for myself, but today I have had such a lift I can fly. God bless you all. and Lori Orear know how much your generous gift meant to me. I feel love, and love you all. Tres and have lots of new babies coming this year. Life is good isnt it.
