Happy Birthday to my very good friend, AGBO EKPIRI (Engineer Eddy). To this UK-based friend of mine I enjoin you to help me shout a thunderous HBD and HML (for he is now married for just 10 Days - June 21st 2014 - to his friend of so many years of faithfulness) Back in the University I met this young man and I admired him immediately because he gave me a model for success in academics (and even in similar ventures). He did not know I had admiration for him - but I had. For this young man, academic life was a perfect triangle - Lectures, Library and Evening Mass (Church) - His social life was squeezed into the triangular space. He did this and succeeded - he bagged an incredible First Class Degree in Chemical Engineering and went straight to Imperial College, UK, for his M.Eng. (MSc). He now works with BP - British Petroleum in the UK. My good friend, I salute you and encourage you to keep the Church-item of the triangle and ascribe righteousness to the maker for all your great achievements despite your young age.
