Happy Friday everyone! What an incredible summer we have had so far. This is one of my favorite times of the year. People come in from all over the world and tell us their adventures, best of all, is when they tell us how much they love this diner. We had a young couple last week tell us that they were from Manhattan and that the diner was one of their favorite places....a true gem...they said they would take the 2 hour drive just to come and bring their friends! Wow!.. That gave me more energy than coffee. On the other hand, we always like to strive to make things better, from service, to clean bathrooms, to trying to fix some of the aging things in the diner. We have a lot of ideas of what we would like to do with this beautiful place. I would love to hear any suggestions or thoughts on this.
