Happy Onam friends. Personally I was never a big fan of onam. As a kid and a confirmed non veg, it was a big disappointment to listen to the big commotion in the kitchen and to finally end up with a totally vegetarian meal. That too on a banana leaf. I never understood the concept of the festival too. I mean what is the moral of the mahabali story? You be just, kind, honorable and truthful and you will get royally Fu*%#d .
