Happy Smiling Sunday with Gratitude! Overcast this morning yet we are blessed as we need the rain! Clouds are like our thoughts where they will shift and a clear blue sky opens up to us, much like us moving our thoughts from the past to the present, which can help some folks move mentally, emotionally and physically from anxiety to inner peace! By going within many find Clarity results after the clouds shift! Just an awesome day to use our imagination and just be! Elder wisdom from my grandfather many moons ago is God gave you two ears and one mouth for a reason! Sunday is a great day for silence, quiet time, renewal in nature, nurturing, connecting to the powerful invisible energy within and around us, laughing more, lightening up, letting go, having forgiveness, compassion for others and unconditional love for ourselves, our family and our friends! Enjoy today to the fullest, in the present while sharing our smile with others! It does make a difference as you never know what others are going thru!
