Happy Thanksgiving to friends and family! I love words. Years ago I found this little box and thought it could be an ideal home for some small collection. It has sparked several conversations about what an ideal home is. Today as you enjoy a good meal with family & friends and reflect on the things you are grateful for- I hope your home is ideal in the ways that really matter to you. The walls of our homes may be different but I think they can be similar in ways that truly matter. I hope your ideal home is a place where you feel valued; trusted; where your family are your best friends; where you enjoy peace & quiet; time for introspection; where your goals and dreams are encouraged & supported, where you are inspired & motivated. I pray you find a listening ear, a strong shoulder, shelter, and help when you need it. Most of all, I hope it is a place where love is freely given and received. No, my home is not ideal all the time - but we keep trying. On this Thanksgiving, I am grateful for my family, friends and home. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
