Happy Thursday HANS family! Over the last three years and since I increased my workout routine, as well changing my diet to a healthier one, Ive noticed some changes in areas that I really had no immediate focus on. These areas (and Im not trying to offend anyone) were my buttocks and the backs of my legs, they were stricken with CELLULITE! 😳😊... Ive never been overweight to where I was considered obese but to most chart standards Ive been considered overweight in my height bracket. After gaining 20 lbs per baby with each pregnancy, I have five beautiful children, I noticed after each child a little more dimpling each time. Ive read, although cellulite can never truly be eliminated from your body, there are ways you can burn the fat away in those areas/pockets to where they are less apparent. Ive SEEN THE PROOF!! 😱😱😱 haha...I workout 5-6 days a week, a combination of weight training and interval cardio training. Squats and lunges are included in almost every workout, weighted and unweighted. Ive noticed smoother skin in all areas. Now the biggest DIMPLES I rock are the ones on my face! Lol 😉 These are my personal results Ive noticed. 😊👍 Some of you may not even have cellulite. (Lucky! Napoleon Dynamite voice 😉) I just thought Id share. Ive included an article that you may find helpful but rest assured there are plenty out there. Most of them trying to sell you a product! Beware! Dont be fooled, most are temporary fixes or just out to take your money. Good hard work either in the gym or outside will get you GREAT RESULTS, trust me! 😉 Most valuable resource to your progress?
