Remember the only workout you will regret is the one you didnt do. :) 30 Thursdays Do all exercises 30 x with 3 sets Jumping jacks Running butt kicks Running high knees Squats Static squats with punches (30 total) Full sit ups 30 sec elbow plank Kickboxing side kicks 15/ side Kickboxing front kicks 15/ side Kickboxing rear kicks 15/side Donkey kicks. on hands & knees, lift bent leg to ceiling. 30/ side Sidelying straight leg lifts 30/ side...:) Plank jacks. In elbow plank and jump feet out to jumping jack stance Its high intensity on purpose..it will be hard but you can do it. Rest 1 min after complete and do 3 x...
