Happy Tuesday! Wow…did you enjoy those playoff games as much as I did this past weekend? Those were two great games and I am excited to see the Seahawks and the Broncos in the Super Bowl on February 2. Speaking of Super Bowl, I can’t imagine a better place to watch the big game than The Boat. We’ll have all the pregame festivities and the big game on our 15’ HD screen. We’ll have plenty of cold beer and cheese bread to satisfy everyone that day! We’re also now less than two weeks away from our famous Crawfish festival. You’ve not been? We’ll I suggest you save the date and make it a priority to get to The Boat on Friday, January 31 around 5pm. We fly in the freshest crawfish and cook it traditional Cajun style which is a special treat for many southern Californians in our area. We’ve done a few of these festivals over the past 2.5 years now they are always wildly successful. We’ll also host our “Shred your Ex” Valentine’s day party on Feb. 14. This is one of my absolute favorite events and always makes for a lively party. Yes, we actually shred pictures of your ex…and you’ll even get a chocolate dessert for doing so. It is more than memorable. Even our regular customers who are still in love enjoy watching these festivities, so it is not just a singles party! It’s past noon now and you’ve made it through half the day! Celebrate the rest by joining us for lunch, or dinner, and give yourself a pat on back for making it through another Tuesday!
