Happy hundreds day once again... Work out 1 for day 5pm to 6 pm....Bench press 60 kgs...Lat pull downs 40 kgs...Arm curls 25 kgs... Shoulder press 25 kgs... Burpees and V sit-ups... Tyre ups Everything was 20 reps x 6 = 840 exercises..... Second workout 7pm to 8 pm....300 punches...100 each of uppercuts hook straights and 50 metre run in between each of these 50 exercises... Mountain climbers...one legged squats...burpees...crunches..dead bug situps...squat jumps... = 300 exercises + 1800 punches... feeling great and stronger everyday... Keep up the challenge people ✌️✅
