Happy monday bookies fter how bad last wk im so ready for this new week get my mind into the game and push even harder it will gym time in a bit cant wait had a great day lifting yesterday im ready for some more i just nt sure i was thinking bout doing legs today to switch things up a bit the last 2 weeks we missed our double leg session so im thinking about just switching our routine to trick our body well see either way ill do a few upper body sets but really wanna sweat it out so i wanna do some good cardio at last 30-40 min sooo im ready to get in tht gym tear it up hope u all having a great start to your day stay blssed bookies
