Happy to announce I will be adding another directorial show under my belt, and this is no small feat! CATS Audition Info. “CATS- based on the universally popular poetry of T.S. Eliot, CATS tells the story, in song and dance, of the annual gathering of Jellicle cats at which time one special cat is selected to ascend to the Heaviside layer. A true musical theater phenomenon, CATS opened at London’s New London Theater on May 11, 1981 and ran for a record setting 21 years. CATS’s London success was nearly matched on Broadway where it ran at the Wintergardern Theater for over 18 years. bergenPAC in Englewood is bringing CATS back to life this summer in a fully staged musical production on the bergenPAC stage. Ages 13- 25 are strongly encouraged to audition for this musical. Musical performances are August 1, 2, 3, 2014. Be a part of the magic! Audition dates: Sunday: April 27 – 4PM – 8PM Saturday: May 17 – 12PM – 7PM Wednesday: May 28 – 5PM – 9PM All auditions will take place at the performing arts school located at 1 Depot Square.
