Happy wife = Happy life... well if this saying is correct then Pete must have a happy life. He was a wonder dog this weekend. Thank you, Pete for all you do for Carlie, the farm, and me. he doesnt understand the horse thing but supports us in our love of it. For my b-day present he gave me a coupon for 4 free hours of COMPLAINT free barn work. Well, I think I have cashed in my coupon more than once. Yesterday afternoon and then again today we went out to clear the trail off that starts from the driveway. It was cleared before but a trail that you can walk down is very different from a trail you can gallop down mounted on a 17.2 hand horse. So the trees were coming down - Im yelling timber! Trail is ready (although I need to mow it next) and has 3 x-country jumps on it (hopefully more soon). I am trying to get everything ready for intermediate and advanced camps. Pops in freezer and lesson plans typed up.
