Hard to believe one year has gone by since we moved to our present box, but it has! 2015 has been an incredible year. Its been quite a ride, watching everyone grow closer as a box and stronger as individuals! I love our box and our members very much. Happy 1 year Anniversary to Stuart CrossFit! Member of the Month for December goes to member, and now a trainer, Christina Rubino!! She is truly one of the most giving woman I have ever met. She has been there for me through thick and thin. When I first met Christina, I honestly didnt think shed last more than a month! Lotsa, I cant do this, I cant do that, due to fear of getting hurt from past injuries. Well she faced and conquered those fears and became a certified level 1 CrossFit trainer as well as getting certified in CrossFit kids! I am so very proud of the trainer she has become and honored to call her my friend. People like Christina come few and far between. Im hangin on to her!!!
