Harpers got a story to tell--an IVDD survivor, DRSF Alum, and blind, but he doesnt let that slow him down! Harper calls Miami, FL home and hopes for a spot on the 2015 DRSF Calendar. Mom Cindy says he gets around just fine with his brothers and sisters! Harper was rescued from local shelter by DRSF. He was my third and final failed foster. Harper is blind. We are not sure how or when he became blind but he certainly doesnt let it get in his way! He gets around the house just fine and goes in and out the doggy dog door like all his brothers and sisters. He is also an IVDD survivor. Dr. Wong performed his surgical expertise on Harper and he left the hospital walking in December 2013. Thanks Dr. Wong and staff!!
