Harry Styles Imagine For LaChelle - Madison Square Garden. Imagine... “Mom, I’m going to be fine, I promise you.” You reassured your overprotective mom for the 5th time that night. “We actually live quite close to MSG, if you forgot, so I don’t know what you’re worrying about!” You slipped your purse over your shoulder and grabbed the money and One Direction concert ticket that lay on the kitchen counter. They were playing at Madison Square Garden, and you’re mom knew how much you’d been watching to see them, so she got you tickets for your birthday. Tickets for the seats that were as far away from them as possible. Of course. “Yes, I know,” your mom said, coming around the counter to give you one last hug before you left, “But you’re all alone, and there are sick people in this world.” “Mom, if anyone I don’t know that looks threatening tries to touch me, I’ll kick them in the balls. Okay?” Your mom gasped and gave you a playful slap on the shoulder. “LaChelle, I will not tolerate that kind of language!” She tried to say with parental force, but ruined it when she let out a bit of a chuckle. You smiled and hugged her one last time. Saying goodbye, you slipped on your red TOMS and walked out the door into the warm, sticky summer air with a gleam in your eyes that just screamed “I’m going to see my idols!” --------x-------- ten minutes later. The slight breeze that had been swaying the trees earlier had picked up a bit now, and as you stood at the curb a busy street, trying to hail a taxi to Madison Square Garden, it hit the front of your body with a hard force that kept you from lifting your head up. With your face pointed to the ground, a taxi finally pulled over violently. The cab driver yelled in a thick Boston Accent “C’mon kid, hop in. I got special cargo in the back that needs to be at the Garden in five minutes, but I couldn’t bear to leave you just standing here in this wind! Let’s go, let’s go!” You hurriedly got in, the wind slamming the door shut behind you. You let out a small “Whew.” underneath your breath, then looked up in the rear view mirror and said to the driver, “I’m going there too. For the One Direction Concert. Madison Square Garden, I mean.” “You a fan?” a deep, rich voice said next to you. Whoever it was had the thickest British Accent. Your breath caught in your throat. No. It couldn’t be.. But it sounded like him.. Was it? No.. You turned your head to face the other side of back seat in the cab. There, staring at you with the biggest, cheekiest smile, was none other than Harry Styles himself. Your mouth hung open a bit, and he chuckled a bit, piercing your sea blue eyes with his vivid green ones. “Y-yea. I’m - I’m a h-huge fan.” You stuttered. Your face went a bright red with embarrassment. You hadn’t exactly planned to see your biggest celebrity crush, as you were so far away from the stage, but you’d never thought about being out on the street and meeting him. This couldn’t be real. “Well, well. I didn’t know our fans were this beautiful.” He said, a gleam in his eye. He placed his hand on your bare leg, just above your knee. You blushed furiously again, bringing back the color even more, just right before it faded completely. “What’s your name? I have to know.” He smiled. “LaChelle.” You said shyly, not being able to let go of his gaze. “Alright, we’re here.” The cab screeched to a violent halt, right in front of all the fans that were waiting outside. Harry and you were thrusted forward into the plastic of the back of the front seat window, and he thrust his hand to the front of you to keep you from hitting the back of the seat. You whispered a shy thanks. “Couldn’t get you to the back, so you’re going to have to just get in as fast as you can. The girl won’t be in trouble, so I’ll just stay with her until you’re in.” “No, I want her to come in with me.” Harry said to the driver, then looked back at you with a smile on his face. “C’mon, why not? You can meet the rest of the boys, front row seats, backstage passes. Anything for you. And after, would you like to go out to eat with me? I’d like to get to know you a lot better. You’re too beautiful to pass up getting to know. I know there is something here. With us. Between us.” You were completely frozen, not a word being able to emit from your mouth. Harry still sat there, smiling at you, waiting for a response. “Well, sure.” You finally said, relieved as soon as you said it. “Great.” Now he had the biggest smile on his face that you’d ever seen. “Well, let’s go then. Get this bad part over with.” He laughed a deep laugh, then opened the door on his side and stood out of the car. As soon as he did, ear splitting screams from fans filled the space everywhere around you. He held out his hand to you, helping you lift out of the car. As soon as you stepped out, fans everywhere screamed a bit more (both nice things and some mean things here and there.) and camera lights flashed everyone. They had to Tweet about this mystery girl with Harry, of course. Both of you keeping your heads down, Harry led you into the venue, never letting his tight grip on your body lessen once. It was going to be a great night.
