Has anyone else noticed how ridiculous Facebook has become? I see so much random, false, tabloid-type crap, that I cant even filter it out in hopes of seeing the things that are truly important. I prefer to use Facebook as a social site to stay in contact with family and friends that I do not get to see anymore....baby pics...important life moments and so on, but between the political crap, the media crap...and anything else that is pulled from an internet tabloid source which cannot be proven or disproved most of the time, to clog up my newsfeed and waste my time, and ultimately distract me from my actual life around me, I have absolutely had it! Im done with socialmedia. I have two beautiful children and a beautiful wife, and since I cannot hug them on facebook, or teach my children by posting something clever, witty, or inspirational,...I quit. I never needed facebook for anything, and all it has really done, is distract me from the reality of my blessings that are around me everyday. Best of luck to all my friends and family. But my life is not on a damn phone or computer. Its right in front of me.
