Hash Brown Casserole 2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns 1 cup diced onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 1 stick butter, melted ( I use real butter) 8 oz. mild or medium cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper Mix all together and put into a buttered or Pam sprayed 9" by 13" pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. ( I use sour cream and onion or Cheddar and sour cream). Bake 375* for 1 hour.
