Haunt Vendor Review #1 OVERVIEW Company: Gore Galore Number of Props Purchased: 25+ Years Purchased: 9 Type of Props Purchased: Animations/Costumes/Static The Breakdown Quality Of Product: 10/10 Customer Service: 9.5/10 Delivery Punctuality 9.5/10 Product Impact: 10/10 Value: 9.5/10 Score: 48.5/50 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The Details: As mentioned above, we here at Hundred Acres Manor in Pittsburgh, PA have been doing business with Gore Galore for 9 or so years now. It almost goes without saying that yes, they did score rather high (nearly perfect) as not only do I recommend them, but back up my recommendation as someone who uses copious amounts of their products as well. Throughout this time we have multiple items ranging from their large pumpkin king costume, Dr. Trauma, and Isabella to static bodies, actormatronics, and everything in between. Quality Of Product: EXCELLENT (10/10). Every piece purchased from Gore Galore has stood the test of time and high use as we are an extremely high through put haunt. THIS alone is reason to purchase again for us as some products from other haunt vendors simply dont hold up to the abuse of a high through put haunt. Aside from normal wear and tear which would happen with any prop, we have had little to no large maintenance issues with any of their products. Also, all products ordered have shown up as seen at the show which can be rare in some cases. A+. Customer Service: Great (9.5/10). The staff at Gore Galore have always been on top of customer service. Top notch with each step of the process. Only had one tiny communication issue dealing with a custom product, but hey, it happens, so not going to beat these guys up over one simple mistake that, in taking the time and talking with them, was resolved leaving both parties satisfied. A. Delivery and Punctuality: Great (9.5/10). Gore Galore has actually done several above and beyonds in this arena for me. For example, several years ago we were opening for HauntCon and wanted a boat load of props needed by May...they were all there with a months time to do install. That right there is incredible, furthermore I really wanted the Dr.Trauma for this but he just couldnt get it done in time, so they sent their prototype out for us to use then sent us our own a week or two later. Standing ovation on that one! Again, only small issue was with a custom order that was honestly out of everyones control, it hadnt been done before and well...these things happen. A. Product Impact: (10/10) EXCELLENT: ALL of the products purchased worked as advertised and even better. They fit seamlessly into our sets and give great visual impact. They are truly show stopper props to remember. A+ Value: Great (9.5/10). Gore Galore is a great bang for your buck but as with any quality product...it costs a buck or two. There is a reason for the cost, good manufacturing materials and talent in = great product out. Worth the few extra dollars...and their price to product is very very fair! A.
