Have a client coming into my schools clinic requesting work on his leg to address a loss of ROM in his ankle. Full posterior CT routine with some trigger point work in his hamstrings for the first session; then another session with emphasis on the piriformis, per his chiros request and more trigger point work on both legs. The client has a large amount of trigger points in both legs and frequently cramps. Any suggestions for a routine that may increase his range if motion? He specifically struggles with dorsiflexion of the left foot.
