Have a look at what a difference a lick of paint can make to your kitchen! This is actually my own kitchen, which I painted late last year. All of the units are laminated including the cooker hood. There was nothing particularly wrong with it but we fancied a change without having to spend a lot of money on a brand new kitchen. It was painted in ‘White Cliff’ and all the units were treated with a hardwearing varnish, which makes everything completely water repellant. Brilliant for spills, which are inevitable in a kitchen! We also decided to change our worktops but please note that I can still paint a kitchen if the existing worktop is remaining. I’m sure you’ll agree it makes a massive difference and is a really simple (and cheaper) way to update a tired kitchen.
