Have you applied to renew your Optometrists Annual Practising Certificate (APC) for the year of 2015? Dont forget to send your application to Malaysia Optical Council (MOC) before 1st December 2014 (this Monday) to avoid RM25 penalty. The application form for APC can be downloaded from AMOs website: amoptom.org/for-op…/malaysia-optical-council-moc/. Please take note that MOC did not accept payment by cheque and cash. Methods of payment that are accepted include Postal Order, Money Order and Bank Draft. If you are in Peninsular Malaysia, you can send the application form using PosLaju or PosEkspress by 27th November 2014 (Thursday morning) so that the application form arrived at MOC on 28th November 2014 (Friday, last day before penalty fee kicks in on Monday, 1st December 2014). However, if your application form arrived at MOC on or after 1st December 2014, your form will be returned and you need to re-apply with total fee of RM75.
