Have you ever heard music so beautiful that you yearn to meet the artist in question, but then you suspect that the conversation wouldnt really be that interesting, because it would just be an I love you kind of moment? I feel that way whenever I listen to King Diamond, whos the second-best metal singer of all time. Having hosted five parties at the Playboy Mansion, I know how much it costs to retain a major rock act for a private party, so I suspect that the King would play a private party at my Purple Mansion in DC for about $10,000. In my previous significant relationships with ladies, Ive said that if I ever get married, Ill punt on all questions involving flowers, menu, location, and so forth. The only thing I want is King Diamond screeching at the microphone for 45 minutes during the dance portion of the reception. (Perhaps this is why Im unmarried and single.)
