Have you ever lost something at home, and as soon as you ask somebody where it is, you suddenly find yourself looking at it? It happens all the time in our house, and it became a bit of a standing joke. We started asking where things are when there was nobody else in the house, and it still worked. Eventually we realised we had something friendly and helpful around us. Some people call them brownies, but we just call them house spirits. So nowadays we always ask them to guide us to where something is, and we always say thank you. We leave little arrangements of flowers or a bowl of herbs as a thank you. Have a think about this, because if you take time to observe what is around you, then you are likely to find you have them also. Enjoy!
