Have you ever stopped to wonder where Reflex paper comes from? You would think plantation timber would be used wouldnt you? Well so did I. This evening at a talk supporting the Great Forest National Park I was horrified to learn that our beautiful native forests, much of which is old growth - majestic trees, the tallest flowering trees on Earth - just 60km from Melbourne and teaming with different species are being logged to make reflex paper. How can this even happen when other alternatives exist? Well we have our state government to thank for this and your tax payer dollars are being used in this despicable act. Please make a stand and do not purchase reflex paper products and think wisely when voting on the weekend. These forests are so very important for our future. Support the Great Forest National Park.
