Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a MBA from California State University Sacramento and MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management, in Glendale Arizona. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential by the Program Management Institute (PMI) and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM).
