Have you guys heard of the latest group on face book? It is called This I remember......Stories From Liberia. If you have not, please check it out but dont blame me if you get addicted, lol. Thanks very much to St. Clare D. Avery for establishing such wonderful group; the stories/experiences are sad, fun and therapeutic and thats what we need as Liberians to recover from the impact of our brutal civil conflict! Most of us have kept our hurt and trauma within from the civil conflict or other horrible experiences which is actually not a good way to successfully overcome any trauma. You need to build up the courage to vent out your anger, hurt, and trauma in any recovery process and it seems like this new group has afforded the opportunity for Liberians to do such. Recovery is a gradual process and please seek help if things are not going well. Thanks again, St. Clare for the group-Bravo!
