Have you managed to keep your exercise up over the summer holiday period? .... every day activity can be used to maintain fitness. Waiting for the kettle to boil ? think about posture work Sitting on the train? Sit tall and pull in those abs and pelvic floor Lunch at the desk? Get out for a brisk walk round the block. Long easy strides with core engaged. It will clear your head and make you more productive. Mowing the grass? - protect your spine and tone your abs....engage the core Taking the lift? - take the stairs instead Waiting at traffic lights or in the queue at the supermarket? - pelvic floor and core work Bagot Stack work can be incorporated into all activities of daily living ....
