Have you seen the WeCare, Fort Bliss app? Its a fantastic, free tool that includes contact info for the installation SHARP, Chaplain, and Military Treatment Facility, as well as the National Suicide Prevention Hotline and DoD Safe Helpline on your smartphone or tablet. For iPhone/iPad and Windows devices, search for WeCare Fort Bliss in your app store. I had better luck searching WeCare Bliss in the Google PlayStore on my Android phone. PCSing? Search for WeCare + the name of your next duty station. I saw WeCare apps for Fort Sill, Fort Benning, and even the Defense Language Institute, just to name a few.
