Having a great Downtown Goldsboro kind of day. I had planned to get up fairly early but when you have a kitty who likes to snuggle you have to give in. Had a delicious brunch at Jojos on Mulberry St. Strolled down Center St past the location of the new candy store! It will be open in another month or so. My destination was Uniquely Rs shop next to the Paramount. If you have not been here you need to head downtown. This shop has so many fabulous and unique items I cant even begin to list them all. I bought some very cool Christmas gifts and something wonderful for myself. The Glissons are so much fun to talk to and Ruths mind is swirling with creative ideas. Ladies, come downtown for brunch and a fantastic shopping experience. Also coming downtown soon is Matchbox Restaurant which will have wood fired pizza and an oyster bar. And dont forget about the Art Market at the Arts Council. And Thistlebee Quilt Shop. Downtown Goldsboro is where it is happening! Come on down.
