Having a poor day. My leg has been acting up again. Turns out I can get a blood clot even when I am on Coumadin. So, idk what to do at this point. I have been trying to find someone locally that can prescribe lovenox/outpatient heparin with no luck. The other option is sit at a hospital for over a week on an iv drip. I was also told by a doctor friend that at this point getting a filter put into a vessel to screen clots is the next course of action. Anyway, feeling pretty stressed. My leg is swollen and very painful but I am trying to make it to Thursday so I can head to Fort Worth to get treatment.
