Having a very frustrating week speaking with customer service departments, bought a Miele vaccum cleaner which broke after 3 weeks (obviously a quality product), they then send me a £90 repair bill, like really ! We are now moving into our second week without any running water in the new kitchen as Next aka Betta Living failed to supply the taps we ordered and are now struggling to source them. Not overly impressed with any of them right now..
