Hay this is called teacher whose purpose of like is teaching wow amazing! All the teachers must give the children their space to try learn from their mistakes and discover but not to judge. My message to teachers please dont judge the students Dont compare them with each other ,pleaseeee dont breed compitation this leads rise to many other negetive in the childs mind like low self esteem lack of self worth ect. The new age children must brought up by a teacher who really loves their students first and teach them how to love , And by giving them wisdom to think what they need to do with the knowledge they have . But new age schools are just concentrating on just giving them just knowledge about a subject but now giving them true wisdom ,so its a teachers responsibility to raise wisdom in the students mind by encouraging them to meditate ,read good spiritual books and discuss them with the students and help them personally also.
