In conjunction to boost the medical tourism, my client is looking to appoint a dedicated expatriate Chief of Nurse to be based in Delhi, India to manage the nursing department and implementation of operational and nursing protocols, as well as upscale the nursing care delivery excellence. As the key part of the management team, this position will see you demonstrate your capability in change management and execution. You will be developing and maintaining high standards of nursing care delivery to ensure quality patient care. You will implement infection control measures in the facility and oversee maintenance of an infection free atmosphere, manage crisis, incidents, patient disputes in ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are undertaken and appropriately reported. Also, you will be creating a plan, presenting to key stakeholders and control overall utilisation of the nursing budget upon approval. Together with nursing educator, you will identify development needs and create and implement a training plan for the nursing workforce. You will be directing the development, implementation, evaluation and review of policies and standards for nursing protocols in all clinical areas. To be considered, you will be a supportive nurse with good track record in managing nurses. Familiarity with accreditation standards of JCI would be essential.
