• Hazrat Deewana Shah baba urf Hazrat Abdurrazzak Sb. (rahamatullahalaih) was a sufi saint.... The tomb is situated in KAPASAN TOWN 40 km. away from Chittorgarh and 80 km. from Udaipur Rajasthan. Every year urs sharif is celebrated from 6 safar to 8 safar every year • Early Life and Family • It was the day of joy and happinessin the family of Abdul Kadir when a boy born as a third children in this family. It was the land of Deesa in theregime of Palanpur. Deesa was the army base of British Government at that time. The boy was named Abdur Razzak who is today known as Deewana Shah by the world. He had two siblings, elder brother and sister. When he was 5-6 years old he was sent to school where he learned Quran, Urdu and Gujrati, but soon he left the school. He used to spend his time in graveyard, alone, apart from his friends, kept thinking about universe, creation and miracles of Allah. Business and Marriage Having seen that strange behavior, his father involved him in the family business. Although he belonged to Kassab(butcher)family, their business was to just trade sheep and goats. When he reached at the age of 16. his family started thinking about his marriage. His sister chose a girl forhim and but he loved another girl. In the family pressure he had to reluctantly marry the girl chosen by the sister. But he could not forget that girl whom he loved. In that same mental situation he spent 4-5 years with family and business. Meanwhile he got two children but it could not turn him towards the world. He was reluctantly fullfilling his responsbilitiesbut same time agony and fire of love withered his life. Abandon of home and family There are two forms of love, metaphorical love (ishq Majaji) and true love (ishq Haqiqi). Ishq Majaji refers to the love for creation while Ishq Haqiqi leads to the love for creater. Sometimes it is Ishq Majaji who leads lover to the Ishq Haqiqi. Love introduced itself in the form of Ishq Majaji initially in the life of Hazrat, but soon it was going to turn into Ishq Haqiqi. It was 4 pm when he heard about thedeath of his beloved. He wanted to cry but due to restriction of world he could not. It was nothing left for him,he left his family sleeping in midnightand reached to his beloved grave. he lamented whole day holding his beloved grave but the tears and lament could not pacify the burning heart. All connection to the world hadalready lost. He took the unknown path from there and Ishq Majaji turned into Ishq Haqiqi. The Path of Truth Heart was burning in agony and in the same mental situation, bearing difficulties of path, he reached to Khwaja Moinudding Chisti Dargah butthe intention of Almighty was different so the could not find peace there. He went to Sojat road from Ajmer where a Walli of Allah, belonged to Nagore, was staying. It was the time when summer was on the top. HazratDeewana Shah was going to meet that Walli, walking bare foot on the hot sand of Marwar but the pain of heart was greater than body. On the way he saw a person eating dead animal. He offered Hazrat a piece three times but Hazrat did not pay attention because it was against sharia to eat dead animal. As he moved forward a little bit he thoughtabout the situation and turned back but there was no sign of that person or animal. That person was abdaal who was offering spiritual rank. Hazrat rushed to Walie of Nagore but he condemned Hazrat for refusing theoffer. When Hazrat insisted then Walie told that Hazrat would get his rank but after death. He stayed Sojat for a while and then left for Ajmer. He then went Devgarh from Ajmer where famous Kutub Ali Shah Saheb was staying. Kutub Ali Shah was a famous Darvesh. Hazrat Stayed there for a while and found some peace in the sermon of Kutub Ali Shah. Hazrat wanted to make Kutub Ali Shah his spiritual teacher but Kutub Ali Shah make Hazrat disciple of Mahbob Ali Shah.
