He is the reason I started supporting Chelsea FC. He is a quintessential midfielder of his generation. He has always made his presence known. He made Sir Alex Ferguson regret for not signing him. He is the all-time top scorer of the club. He is the most prolific penalty taker in the world. He is an inspiration to play and watch football. He is great, loved him, still do. He made me believe that you dont need to win a Ballon Dór to become a legend. I dont think hes been naturally the most gifted player in the world, but still he made it to the top. Id hoped that hed retire at the club. Highly disappointed of Chelsea for releasing him. I just hope Chelsea makes up for the mistake by retiring the No.8 jersey. Nevertheless, Id hate to call him a former Chelsea Midfielder. Legend starts with L and ends with D, so does LAMPARD. Wishing him the Best for all the future endeavors. #SuperFrankie
