He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, (NIV) ( Psalm 23:2 ) Having a tough day? Ask the Lord for comfort and He will guide you to serenity. Pray for Him to bring peace to your mind and to slow your thoughts. Soak up His tranquility and bask in His goodness. Take a few minutes to meditate on Him when you find yourself frazzled. You will certainly be renewed and refreshed.
