Head - Corporate Social Responsibility (Only female Candidate) Exp- 12 years Location - Gurgaon Job Description 1.Strategize & formulate CSR initiatives to maximize the benefits to under-privileged around our hospitals. 2.Spearhead fundraising activities for the program. 3.Overseeing selection of beneficiaries on basis of economic and medical criteria. 4.Develop strategies for internal and external stakeholder engagement by proactive and frequent communication/reviews. 5.Lead CSR reporting activities, including the newsletter, account statements and annual report of the CSR Foundation, both for internal and external circulation. 6.Coordinate with identified point of contacts and support the network of hospitals to ensure a consistent approach to the CSR programme. 7.Maintain repository of industry research and build an understanding of CSR trends, innovative approaches and thought leaders in the industry. 8.Liaison and build lasting relationships with external agencies, corporate partners and NGOs to ensure maximum visibility and increase efficiency of functioning. 9.Manage CSR budgets and recommend appropriate utilization of funds. 10.Coordinate between the different stakeholders like employees, doctors, management, beneficiaries and central committee 11.Prepare yearly summary of goals and achievements and assist in development of a CSR annual report 12.Regularly track CSR goals and metrics for the organization and take corrective action if necessary.
