Heading out of Pattaya this Christmas the place is just to dammed busy so Im really looking forward to my trip to AC. It really surprises me how many people come to Patts but do not break their trips with a few days in Angeles City.....And yes Im guilty of that myself it took me around 10 trips to eventually give AC a whirl and Im now on my 5th trip. For partying AC is absolutely awesome, you have everything in one strip, I love the music in the bars and of course the local ladies are very welcoming and a good laugh. Drink prices are reasonable although the Double Lady Drinks are a stitch up....Easily avoided though when your ordering just say single please. Lets be honest every place has its little mark ups for customers. Ive actually checked in to the ABC hotel this year they have asked me to pay for my room up front is that normal? In the past I have stayed at Wild Orchid, and Pacific Breeze. Wild Orchid has a great pool and I loved the staff but the rooms were a bit on the old side. Pacific Breeze is nice, and the staff were brilliant. Ive just opted for the ABC as I really like the place. The foods great , rooms are lovely and its only two minutes from all the action and they have a complimentary car service. Its not the cheapest of hotels but Im treating myself :) If you in town be great to meet up. Im on the midnight flight from Bangkok which gets in at around 5am, after I have taken the taxi ride from Manila. What do you guys normally do, head straight out and get on it (AC has plenty of 24 hour Go Go Bars) or get some sleep then go out and get trashed. Ive also got a question for some of the members on here. No right or wrong answer just curious. So once when your out in AC how do you go about your time. Do you hook up with a girl early doors take her bar hopping or like me do you end up utterely steaming in Voodoo at 6 am barely able to stand and more than happy to go home with the first girl that comes over and says hi. I think the sensible thing to do is probably hook up with a girl early doors then arrange to meet her a bit later on? Anyway just curious. Either which way I look forward to catching up with a few members @ Butterfly Rock in a few months time.
