Heading towards Shahjahan pur. Friday Lucknow : city of Nawab, Planning to take one day off from Running , my crew , friends and Family will be Happy to read this. Yesterday was horrible day as not a single hotel or tree to relaxed. Severely hungry, loss of water, BP drop 90X70. Force to stop run immediately, Thks #fortis and DrNeeraj Singla for taking care. Biggest challenge is not running but getting right amount and quality diet. Tough? Yes, its. Thks Ash Nath for all u r help and tips . Weather is not favorable , but for how many days. New beginning.... New day came with courage and hopes. Thank you all for good luck and wishes. I know weather wont get better up to suliguri. Will updates soon.
