Heads Up Parents SCAM Alert Your student may have gotten an email from getmydocument telling them the need to retrieve important tax forms by xx date. I spoke with UWW and they know nothing of this. The email contains a Brookfield Wi address and a 1-800 phone number. When you get to the site it starts asking for personal info. Form 1098T 2014 from UW WHITEWATER: MAIN (000311) The (1098-T/1098-E) form contains important tax information related to tuition, scholarships, interest and other important information for the last calendar year which will be needed to complete your tax return and obtain Federal and State tax benefits.
