Healing Cancer: With a LOT of help from my friends Over the days, as I struggle with the ins and outs of learning to overcome cancer I am learning a lot. Yesterday I went back to Duke Center Hospital for more blood transfusions. It felt much better to have my health partially restored again. Yet endless nights of insomnia, sometimes constant pain, I admit, it can and does get me down at times. But each time I struggle, it is my friends who put me back on track. Today another small but still substantial donation came in. This precious lady has helped me several times now. And while my goal is huge, her contribution and the contributions of everyone pull me out of depression, urge me further along the path and remind me that by goal is not just for me, but for everyone who is helping me along the way. I feel like a marathon runner in a long race and every time sometime steps up along my run and hands me another glass of fresh water, another donation, my heart soars as I know I am winning this race for them too. As I achieve another milestone, in my heart, I hear them cheering too. Right now, with your help, I am about one fourth of the way to buying my first major piece of cancer fighting equipment and receiving constant support for my daily expenses. Some friends do not have a lot to give, but every few weeks, they send in another reminder that their gift represents anther person who cares enough to help. One man who makes a donation each month told me yesterday: your success has become important to me. Every month I send in that $100, I feel fantastic. Helping you has given me a special purpose. My days glow, knowing I am helping you succeed. If you can, please help me. Any amount is useful, $100, $200, $300 or more...however much you feel comfortable offering. Even $50 will help. You can send me a donation through Paypal to: Robert.Lapham@gmail or through the official Fundrazr site my friends have set up: See Link Below. (With PayPal I retain about 5% more of the donation.) I promise to keep teaching and writing about how to practice Dzogchen Buddhism and will keep everyone updated on my progress as I heal. With deep gratitude, THANK YOU! See you along the way, cheering me on. Together we WILL WIN this race! Robert Lapham September 23th. Om Zambhalaya So Ha Om Zambhalaya So Ha Om Zambhalaya So Ha.
