Health and Fitness tip: If you are trying to slim down and tune up, eat in reverse meaning: Eat most carbs in the morning that way you have all day to burn them, keep lunch the same with a mix of mostly protein and small amount of carbs, then at dinner eat small portions with all protein for example, tonight I ate Turkey bacon, and egg whites for dinner. If you want sweets or fruit eat them in the morning. Remember to keep your portions to about the same size as your fist, also remember to snack in between meals.
