Health is NOT about what you weigh....if you have 2000 calories a day as a normal basal metabolism (different for everyone) and you exercise I.e. Burn calories then you can add to your basal metabolic calories. If you consume less than this in that day you will have burnt some fat but you will also have built some muscle and will therefore increase your basal metabolic rate. If you do this consistently your body will change, look leaner and you will be more HEALTHY and..... Happier. There is another thing you can you to be even MORE healthy... Sod the bloody scales its all about being healthy.... Please comment if interested in step 2
