You Need – 2 slices of whole grain bread 1 egg 1 slice of low fat cheese Salt and pepper to sprinkle To prepare - Make a poach of the egg by simply pouring the contents on a hot non stick pan. Let it set for 50 - 60 seconds. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Take one slice of whole grain bread. Set the poach over it, and cover the poach with a slice of low fat cheese. Set the other piece of bread on top and your healthy and filling breakfast is ready in just 90 seconds. You get enough of Carbohydrate, fiber, calcium and proteins to keep you steady till lunch break. There are usually 17 k.calories in 1 large Egg White and 38 k calories in a slice of low fat pasteurized cheese.
